What Is PresetsEditor?
PresetsEditor is a free library of photo presets, video templates, and AI prompts made for creators who want their photos and reels to look good without spending hours editing. Everything on this site is free to use. There is no paywall, no sign-up form standing between you and a preset, and no hidden charge waiting at the end.
The idea behind the site is simple. Good editing used to mean expensive software and years of practice. Today, a well-made preset or a good template can do most of the heavy lifting. We collect, test, and publish the ones that actually work, so you can spend your time shooting and posting instead of sliding controls back and forth.
What You Will Find Here
PresetsEditor covers four kinds of content:
- Lightroom presets – one-tap photo looks for portraits, travel, food, weddings, and everyday shots. Each preset comes with a preview and a short note on what kind of photo it suits best.
- CapCut templates – ready-made video templates for reels, transitions, and trending edits. Open the template, add your clips, and export.
- VN template codes – template codes for the VN video editor, for creators who prefer editing on their phone with a little more control.
- AI photo and video prompts – copy-paste prompts for AI photo and video tools, including Presets Editor, that help you create cinematic edits, stylised portraits, and eye-catching visuals without starting from a blank page.
New presets, templates, and prompts are added regularly. If there is a look or a trend you cannot find here, you can ask for it through the contact page, and we will try to cover it.
Who Is It For?
This site is for anyone who creates content: Instagram users, reel editors, small business owners, photographers, students, and anyone who wants their photos to look polished. You do not need to be a professional editor. Most of what we publish is built for people who open an app, tap once or twice, and want a result they are happy to post.
If you are just starting out, begin with the presets and templates marked as easy. If you already edit with confidence, the prompt collections and the more detailed presets will give you a stronger starting point to build on.
Why Everything Is Free
We believe good editing tools should not be locked behind a subscription. PresetsEditor is supported by advertising, which is what lets us keep every preset, template, and prompt free. You will see ads on the site from time to time. They do not change what you can download, and they never affect how a preset looks.
Tested Before Publishing
Nothing goes live here untested. Before a preset is published, we apply it to several different photos to check that it behaves well on skin tones, bright skies, and low-light shots. Templates are opened in the editor and exported to make sure the timing and effects work as described. Prompts are tried out so we can describe honestly what they produce. If something does not work properly, it does not get published.
Our Promise
We will keep the library free, keep testing what we publish, and keep the site simple to use. If you find a preset that does not work, a link that is broken, or a description that is wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will fix it. PresetsEditor exists to make creating easier, and your feedback is how it gets better.
