Please write in whatever language you are comfortable with. Short messages are fine. If your message is about a specific preset, template, or prompt, mention its name or paste its link so we can find it quickly.
What You Can Write About
- Preset and template requests – tell us the look you want, the app you use, or the trend you are trying to follow. If enough people ask for the same thing, it moves to the top of our list.
- Corrections – a preset that does not work as described, a template link that is broken, a prompt that gives poor results, or a mistake in one of our articles. Tell us what went wrong and we will check it.
- Broken links or downloads – if a button does not work or a file does not open, let us know the page and what happened when you tried.
- Business and partnerships – if you represent an app, a tool, or a brand and would like to talk about working together, use the form and choose the business option in your message.
- General feedback – ideas for the site, a feature you would like to see, or anything else. Honest feedback, good or bad, is welcome.
What Happens After You Write
Your message goes straight to the team behind PresetsEditor. We go through messages in the order they arrive. Simple corrections and broken-link reports are usually handled within a few days, because they help everyone who visits the site. Requests for new presets and templates take longer, since each one has to be made and tested before it is published.
We cannot promise a personal reply to every message, but every message is read. If you asked a question that needs an answer, include a way for us to reach you in your message.
